DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
We are seeking a passionate and talented Director of Operations to provide leadership and management for the operational activities of our growing church community. A significant part of this role will be focused on helping to develop the newly restored and renewed St John’s Chatham building as an integral and central part of the life of Chatham including realising its potential as a source of income to support the ongoing mission and ministry of the church.
Hours of work: 20hrs per week (may include some evening and weekend working)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 pro rata per annum.
Deadline: midday on Friday 12th December 2025.
